The year at Splash started on a high note with 20 year celebrations to plan, customers to thank and bringing newer ideas to life. Amidst all the thank you promotions for our customers we recently made a strategic brand announcement of signing Salman Khan as the very first brand ambassador for Splash. An acclaimed actor, a style icon and a man who rules the heart of millions, Salman will be the face of Splash for the year.
We first got associated with Salman when we launched Being Human, as part of our product portfolio last year and the response we received was tremendous. Salman is a brand and his appeal spans through generations, classes and nationalities and every personality of his is loved and revered by his fans and we hope to recreate magic with him at the forefront of our campaign. Along with that Splash will also unveil a new brand campaign that plays on Splash’s long standing affair with fashion and is titled ‘Love Splash, Love Fashion’. The campaign will be represented by a heart symbol which is a specially designed logo that will be the lifeline that runs across all new communication for the brand going forward.
Our association with Salman stems from his persona of style which is often spoken about and he is famous for creating fashion trends that are copied by millions. It is this side of his personality that is edgy, sophisticated and on-trend that we aim to capitalize on allowing Splash customers to create their own memorable fashion moments, all at affordable prices.
