Water Efficient

Use of harmful industrial practices in denim production has tarnished its reputation. To redeem our denims, we turned to new technologies for our water-efficient denim collection. These denims use green manufacturing techniques and have a much lesser impact on the environment. With the help of our Water Efficient process, we aim to make a healthier version of denim. During the treatment cycle, dye drainage is eliminated, and any residue water is purified and recycled further, leaving Zero Discharge at the end. This way we get the rich indigo sustainably.

 

Recycled

Recycled Polyester

Recycled polyester is manufactured by recycling PET bottles and performs equally well as 100% virgin polyester. The bottles are cleaned chopped to flakes, melted, and spun to yarn and then woven into fabrics. Recycling PET bottles to create the fabric prevents it from going to landfills and it causes less air, water and soil contamination compared to using non-recycled polyester. Free availability of raw materials makes it pocket friendly.

Recycled Nylon

In our eco-friendly nylon products, we utilize Recycled Nylon from post-industrial waste fibers and post-consumer fishing nets. Recycled nylon performs just as well as a conventional nylon product but has the added benefit of being environmentally friendly.
